My son Nate and my mother-in-law posed for this photo last summer at a family event. I had been wanting to take a picture of Nate and Nana and frame it for her, since she has a table that is covered with photos of her and her grandchildren, and she doesn't have a current one of Nate. I had the perfect opportunity at a family party. This layout was made with Authentique paper, and I started it at a scrapbook event at my LSS this weekend. I loved the distressed look of the paper, and the color combination of blues and greens. I followed this Authentique March sketch challenge
and made the flower with paper from that same line with my flower die.
I finished the flower off with a small felt button flower from Basic Grey Bloomers. The pennants are strung with twine and each one is separated with a wooden button from Prima.
Thanks for stopping by!
