Happy Blue Bird

We have some bluebirds nesting in one of our bird boxes and I love to see them flying back and forth as they catch insects to feed the chicks.  This card was inspired by all the bird activity this week.  It's a big image to fit on a card with other things, but I found this green newsprint Bo Bunny paper that had an image of a flower made out of type, so I  accented that by making a flower free hand and putting it over the print image.  A little washi tape and twine finshed it off.  This card makes me happy!

    ...gorgeous work Barb, your card & colours are beautiful...how wonderful to watch these birds tend their chicks's, it none stop flying & feeding, as parents they are so attentive, makes me smile just thinking about it...Mel :)

    Lovely card, Barb - Washi tape seems to be popping up everywhere these days and methinks it's time Shoshi had some too - Washi for Shoshi? Lol!
